FIT Program
Earn college credits while working out.
The FIT Program allows NAU undergraduate students to make exercise and fitness a regular part of their lives through one-credit FIT classes. FIT classes are taught by fitness instructors from the community, as well as current NAU Fitness Wellness students. Search FIT 100 in the to register. The classes offered vary by semester and may include:
- Yoga
- Introduction to volleyball
- Fitness and conditioning
- Rock climbing
- Kickboxing
- Body sculpt
