Among the highlights of the evening was the compelling presentation by speaker Michele Payn, who addressed the pressing issue of stress management within the agriculture industry. With her expertise and engaging delivery, Payn offered invaluable strategies and insights on navigating the challenges and pressures inherent in agricultural work.

Duane Bishoff, Livestock Services Supervisor for the 秀色直播Department of Agriculture, emphasized the importance of Payn’s message, stating, “I hope and pray that folks in that meeting on March 6 paid attention鈥 Don鈥檛 be too proud to admit that stress will wear you down. Don鈥檛 be ashamed to ask for help.” Ms. Payn鈥檚 presentation would not be possible without the wavering support of the Farm Credit Charitable Contributions Fund. The award to Eastern is to help support agriculture businesses reduce stress and be mindful of their mental health care.
